Abdi Omar Shurie is a Kenyan politician currently serving as a Member of the National Assembly for Balambala Constituency. He was first elected to this position in 2017 and successfully secured re-election in 2022. Representing the Jubilee Party, he has been an active participant in the 12th and 13th Parliaments of Kenya. In 2024, he was honored by President William Ruto with the 1st Class Honours Chief of the Order of the Burning Spear (CBS) for his contributions to the nation.
