Masashi Adachi is a Japanese politician and attorney currently serving as a member of the House of Councillors, representing the Liberal Democratic Party. Born in Kyoto, he graduated from the University of Tokyo and began his career at Sumitomo Corporation before working as a lawyer in the United States. Adachi entered politics following a career in international trade and legal affairs.
