Adam Hort is an Australian politician and pharmacist currently serving as a member of the Western Australian Legislative Assembly for the electoral district of Kalamunda. He was elected in the 2025 Western Australian state election following a closely contested race that required an automatic recount. Prior to his entry into state politics, Hort served as a councillor for the City of Gosnells from 2019 to 2024, during which time he also held the position of Deputy Mayor from 2021 until his resignation in 2024.
