Adrian Fisher is an American politician, businessman, and pastor serving as a member of the Louisiana House of Representatives for the 16th district since 2021. A licensed counselor and director of the Cognitive Development Center, Fisher also co-founded Living Water Ministries International in Monroe. In the legislature, he has focused on health and education policy, notably authoring the Mental Health Assessments in Schools Act, which became law in 2025. He represents parts of Morehouse and Ouachita parishes.
