Adrian Foster is a Canadian politician serving as the 7th and current mayor of Clarington, Ontario, a position he has held since 2010. A graduate of the University of Toronto, Foster previously worked as a counsellor for developmentally disabled children and as an investment advisor. He first entered municipal politics in 2003 and has since become the longest-serving mayor in the municipality's history. Throughout his tenure, he has focused on infrastructure development, including the expansion of GO Transit, local healthcare improvements, and regional economic growth.
