Berry Vrbanovic

Berry Vrbanovic is a Croatian-Canadian politician who has served as the Mayor of Kitchener since 2014. Before his election as mayor, he served as a city councillor for Ward 2 on the Kitchener City Council from 1994 to 2014. Earlier in his career, he worked within Kitchener's clerk's office and the city's information technology division. Vrbanovic is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science and a diploma in Business Administration. He previously sought provincial office as an Ontario Liberal Party candidate in the 1999 election.
