Adrian C. Madaro is an American politician serving as a member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives, representing the 1st Suffolk District which includes the East Boston neighborhood. A graduate of Boston Latin School and Tufts University, he previously worked as a legislative aide to Carlo Basile before winning a special election to succeed him in 2015. Madaro holds a Master of Arts in urban and environmental policy and planning from Tufts and a law degree from Suffolk University Law School. During his tenure in the legislature, he has served as the House Chair for the Joint Committee on Revenue.
