Cliff Hayes Jr.

Clifton Eugene "Cliff" Hayes Jr. is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Virginia House of Delegates, representing the 91st district. Prior to his election to the state legislature in 2016, he served on the Chesapeake City Council from 2004 to 2012. Throughout his career, Hayes has held professional roles in information technology for Norfolk Public Schools and the Chesapeake Sheriff's Office. In the House of Delegates, he has taken on leadership responsibilities, including serving as the chair of the Communications, Technology and Innovation Committee and the Appropriations - Capital Outlay Subcommittee.
