Adrian-Miroslav Merka

Adrian Miroslav Merka is a Romanian politician who served as a Member of the Chamber of Deputies representing the Slovak and Czech minorities in Romania. First elected in the 2004 legislative elections and subsequently re-elected in 2008 and 2012, his parliamentary tenure included participation in various bilateral friendship groups. In January 2015, he received a suspended prison sentence following a conflict of interest ruling regarding parliamentary office staffing.
