Aisling Reilly is an Irish Sinn Féin politician who has served as a Member of the Northern Ireland Assembly for Belfast West since 2021. In 2024, she was appointed as a Junior Minister in the Northern Ireland Executive Office. Educated at Coláiste Feirste, she is a fluent Irish speaker and made history in May 2022 by becoming the first member of the Northern Ireland Assembly to deliver a full speech in the Irish language. Before her political career, she was a handball champion.
