Ajay Kumar Mandal

Ajay Kumar Mandal is an Indian politician currently serving as a Member of Parliament in the Lok Sabha, representing the Bhagalpur constituency in Bihar. A member of the Janata Dal (United), he was first elected to the Lok Sabha in the 2019 general election and successfully secured re-election in 2024. Prior to his tenure in the national parliament, Mandal served three terms in the Bihar Legislative Assembly, representing both the Nathnagar and Kahalgaon constituencies. He is a member of the Gangota community and has established himself as a significant political figure in the Bhagalpur region.
