Tanveer Sait

Tanveer Sait is an Indian politician serving as a member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly for the Narasimharaja constituency. A long-standing representative of the Indian National Congress, he has held this seat since winning a by-election in 2002, succeeding his father, the veteran leader Aziz Sait. Throughout his career, he has served as the Minister of State for Primary and Secondary Education of Karnataka and held portfolios related to minority welfare and the Karnataka Minorities Development Corporation. He remains a prominent political figure in Mysore, having secured re-election to the assembly multiple times.
