Ajit Madhavrao Gopchade is an Indian politician and medical professional serving as a Member of the Rajya Sabha representing Maharashtra since 2024. A member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, he previously served as the convener of the party's doctors' cell and as a state vice-president. Gopchade gained early national attention for his participation in the 1992 karseva movement in Ayodhya. He is a medical doctor by training, having completed his MBBS and MD, and was recognized for his organizational efforts and medical outreach during the COVID-19 pandemic.
