Rekha Gupta

Rekha Gupta is an Indian politician serving as the 7th Chief Minister of Delhi since February 2025. A member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, she previously served as a three-time councillor in the North Delhi Municipal Corporation and as the president of the Delhi University Students' Union. Gupta began her political career with the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad and has held various leadership roles within the BJP, including National Vice President of the BJP Mahila Morcha. Her tenure as Chief Minister has been marked by significant public debate regarding urban infrastructure, environmental policy, and air quality management in the national capital.
