Aki Lindén

Aki Lindén is a Finnish politician serving as a Member of the Parliament of Finland, representing the constituency of Finland Proper. Before his election to Parliament in 2019, he had a distinguished career in healthcare administration, notably serving as the CEO of the Helsinki and Uusimaa Hospital District until 2018. A long-time advocate for the welfare state, Lindén brings extensive expertise in health policy to his legislative work. He previously served on the Turku city council from 1977 to 1997 and has been active in political life since his university years.
