飯塚秋男

Akio Iitsuka is a Japanese politician serving as a member of the Ibaraki Prefectural Assembly, representing the Shimotsuma constituency. A long-serving member of the Liberal Democratic Party, he has held numerous leadership positions within the assembly, including serving as the President of the Ibaraki Prefectural Assembly. His career began as a secretary to national lawmakers before he was elected to the Shimotsuma City Council in 1991 and subsequently to the prefectural assembly in 1995. He has focused his legislative work on agriculture, forestry, fisheries, and regional development.
