Throughout his legislative career, Seabaugh has been a vocal advocate for conservative fiscal policies, education reform, and tort reform, while consistently opposing tax increases. He is a managing partner at the law firm Seabaugh, Joffrion, Sepulvado & Victory and has been active in various legal and civic organizations, including the Louisiana Supreme Court Committee on Bar Admissions.
