Patrick Connick

John Patrick Connick is an American attorney and politician currently serving as a member of the Louisiana State Senate, representing the 8th district since 2020. Prior to his election to the Senate, he served in the Louisiana House of Representatives for the 84th district from 2008 to 2020. A member of the Republican Party, Connick has been recognized for his conservative voting record and his legislative focus on government accountability, including oversight of state toll revenues and transportation spending. He is a graduate of Loyola University New Orleans, where he earned both his undergraduate degree and his Juris Doctor.
