Albert Raymond Garcia is a Filipino politician currently serving as a member of the Philippine House of Representatives, representing the 2nd District of Bataan since 2022. He previously served as the 24th Governor of Bataan from 2013 to 2022 and held the same congressional seat for two terms between 2004 and 2013. Before his national political career, he served two terms as the mayor of Balanga from 1998 to 2004. Garcia is a prominent member and president of the National Unity Party.
