Albert Kouinche is a Cameroonian businessman and politician serving as a Member of the National Assembly for Kouinche representing the Cameroon People's Democratic Movement. Born in Bandjoun, he earned a master's degree in private law from the University of Yaoundé. He began his career at Crédit Foncier du Cameroun before co-founding the money transfer and microfinance company Express-Union in 1997. In addition to his political and financial ventures, he is active in the hospitality industry as the founder of Nofik Hôtels & Tourism.
