Aldona Niemczyk is a German politician and a member of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU). Born in Katowice, Poland, she moved to Berlin in 1990. She holds a degree in social pedagogy and social work from the Protestant University of Applied Sciences Berlin. Before her election to the Abgeordnetenhaus of Berlin in 2023, she worked for the Berlin State Office for Health and Social Affairs and the State Office for Refugee Affairs. In addition to her parliamentary duties, she serves as an honorary judge at the Social Court of Berlin.
