Aleš Bržan

Aleš Bržan is a Slovenian politician, entrepreneur, and former radio host currently serving as the Mayor of Koper. Born in 1976, he was active in student and youth organizations, including serving as the general secretary of the Student Organization of Slovenia. After an initial unsuccessful mayoral bid in 2014, he founded his own political list and was elected mayor in 2018, later securing re-election in 2022. His administration has focused on local governance and municipal development in Koper.
