Alessandro Alfieri

Alessandro Alfieri is an Italian politician serving as a member of the Senate of the Republic since 2018. Born in Varese, he holds a degree in business administration from Bocconi University and previously worked in the diplomatic service at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. A long-time member of the Democratic Party, he served as a regional councilor in Lombardy and as the party's regional secretary. Within the Senate, he has held leadership roles, including vice-group leader, and is a prominent figure in the reformist wing of his party.
