Alessandro Scarano

Alessandro Scarano is a Sammarinese politician who served as one of the Captains Regent, acting as head of government for San Marino, from April 2023 to October 2023 alongside Adele Tonnini. Born in Borgo Maggiore, he holds a degree in law from the University of Bologna and has been a member of the Sammarinese Christian Democratic Party since 2002. He has served multiple terms in the Grand and General Council, initially from 2008 to 2012 and again since 2019, while also participating in the Foreign and Internal Affairs Commissions.
