Alice Emmons is an American politician serving as a member of the Vermont House of Representatives for the Windsor-3-2 district. First elected in 1982, she holds the distinction of being the longest-tenured member in the history of the Vermont House. Throughout her extensive legislative career, she has served as the chair of the House Corrections and Institutions Committee since 2005 and currently holds the title of Dean of the House. Outside of her political service, she is a small business owner.
