Alicia Bugeja Said is a Maltese politician and fishing researcher representing the Labour Party. Born in Mgarr, she earned her PhD from the University of Kent and subsequently worked in academic research across Canada and France. Elected to the Parliament of Malta in 2022 via the gender quota, she was appointed Parliamentary Secretary for Fisheries, Aquaculture and Animal Rights in the Maltese Government.
