Amanda Spiteri Grech

Amanda Spiteri Grech is a Maltese politician representing the Labour Party. She was elected to the Parliament of Malta in the 2022 general election through the gender quota mechanism. Professionally a lawyer and a former One News journalist, she notably introduced a Private Member's Bill in September 2025 to establish the "Right to be Forgotten" for cancer survivors, which was unanimously enacted by parliament in March 2026 to end lifelong discrimination against survivors in financial services and employment.
