Amit Kumar Yadav is an Indian politician serving as a Member of the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly representing the Barkatha constituency. He was first elected to the assembly in the 2009 election as a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Later, in the 2019 election, he successfully contested and won the seat as an independent candidate. His father, Chitranjan Yadav, also previously served the same constituency from 2005 to 2009.
