Anda Čakša
Profile
Anda Čakša is a Latvian politician and paediatrician who has served in several high-level government positions. She held the office of Minister of Health from 2016 to 2019 and served as the Minister for Education and Science from 2022 to 2025. Before entering politics, she worked at the Children's Clinical University Hospital in Riga. She is a member of the New Unity alliance and has focused her career on public health and educational policy within Latvia.
