André Stinka is a German politician and member of the Landtag of North Rhine-Westphalia. A member of the Social Democratic Party (SPD), he has served multiple terms in the state parliament, first entering in 2005. Stinka previously held the position of General Secretary of the NRW-SPD from 2012 to 2017 and has served as the state treasurer for the party. Before his full-time political career, he worked as a civil servant for the Higher Administrative Court of North Rhine-Westphalia. He is also active in environmental advocacy as the state chairman of the Naturefriends NRW.
