Andreas Mattfeldt is a German politician representing the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) who has served as a member of the Bundestag for the Osterholz – Verden district since 2009. Within the parliament, he is a prominent member of the Budget Committee, where he serves as a rapporteur for the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy and the Federal Ministry of Defence. Since 2024, he has also held a position on the Confidential Committee, which provides budgetary oversight for Germany's intelligence services. While generally aligned with his party, Mattfeldt notably broke ranks in 2017 to vote in favor of same-sex marriage in Germany.
