Andreas Rahm is a German politician and a member of the Landtag of Rhineland-Palatinate, representing the constituency of Kaiserslautern I since 2016. A member of the Social Democratic Party (SPD) since 1989, he previously served as a local councilor in Kaiserslautern and as the head of the SPD parliamentary group in the city council from 2007 to 2022. Within the state parliament, he chairs the Committee for Economy and Transport and serves on the Environment and Culture committees. Before his full-time political career, he worked as a bank clerk and branch manager for the Sparkasse Kaiserslautern-Erfenbach.
