Andreas Thürschweller is an Austrian politician and member of the Social Democratic Party of Austria (SPÖ). He has served as the Mayor of Eibiswald since 2017 and has been a member of the Landtag of Styria since 2019. Before his full-time political career, he worked as an electrician and later as an insurance broker and manager of an insurance agency. In addition to his legislative and municipal duties, he serves as the chairman of the Eibiswald-Wies water association and as the SPÖ district party chairman for Deutschlandsberg.
