Andrew Stoddard

Andrew Stoddard is an American politician serving as a member of the Utah House of Representatives, representing the 40th District. An attorney by profession, he previously served as a Murray City Prosecutor for nearly a decade and has worked with various criminal justice advocacy groups, including the Utah Crime Victims Clinic. Since his election in 2018, Stoddard has focused on legislative priorities such as gun control, criminal justice reform, and government transparency. He currently practices law as a personal injury attorney.
