Dan Roberts is an American politician and real estate developer currently serving as a member of the Alabama Senate representing the 15th district. First elected in 2018, he has held leadership roles including vice chair of the Senate Transportation and Energy Committee and chair of the Local Legislation Shelby County Committee. Before entering politics, Roberts worked internationally for Blount International and founded his own real estate development firm. He holds a Bachelor of Science in building construction from Auburn University and a Master of Science in real estate and urban affairs from Georgia State University.
