Andrew Takuya Garrett

Andrew Takuya Garrett is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Hawaii House of Representatives for the 22nd district, which includes Manoa. He was elected to the seat in 2022. Before entering the legislature, Garrett held significant administrative and professional roles, including serving as the deputy director of the Hawaii State Department of Human Resources Development and as vice president of post-acute care for the Healthcare Association of Hawaii. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science and a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa.
