Angela Stiens is an American politician serving as a member of the Kansas House of Representatives for the 39th district since 2024. Prior to her election to the state legislature, she served on the Shawnee City Council starting in 2021. In 2024, she was selected by the Johnson County Republican Party to succeed retiring incumbent Owen Donohoe and subsequently won the general election against Democratic challenger Vanessa Vaughn West. She continues to represent her constituents in the Kansas House.
