Angelia Williams Graves

Angelia Williams Graves is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Virginia Senate for the 21st district, a position she has held since 2024. Prior to her election to the Senate, she represented the 90th district in the Virginia House of Delegates from 2021 to 2024. Her political career began on the Norfolk City Council, where she served from 2010 to 2021, including a tenure as vice-mayor from 2013 to 2016. She holds an associate degree in business administration from Tidewater Community College and a bachelor's degree in marketing from Old Dominion University.
