Anita Subhadarshini

Anita Subhadarshini is an Indian politician currently serving as a Member of Parliament in the 18th Lok Sabha, representing the Aska constituency in Odisha. Elected in 2024 as a candidate for the Bharatiya Janata Party, she defeated her opponent by a significant margin. She comes from a prominent political family; her mother, Kumudini Patnaik, previously served as an MP for Aska, and her father, Ramkrushna Patnaik, was a former minister in the Odisha government. Throughout her career, she has been associated with the Biju Janata Dal and the Indian National Congress before joining the BJP.
