Ann Roe is an American educator, small business owner, and Democratic politician serving as a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly for the 44th district since 2025. Born in Chicago, she earned a bachelor's degree from Lawrence University and an M.B.A. from Northeastern University. Before her election to the state legislature, she worked as a university lecturer and planning consultant, and founded Custom College Solutions LLC in 2009. Roe previously ran for the U.S. House of Representatives in 2022 before successfully winning her seat in the Wisconsin Assembly in 2024.
