Anna Mkrtchyan is an Armenian politician and jurist currently serving as a Member of the National Assembly of Armenia in the 8th convocation, representing the 'With Honor' faction. She is a member of the Republican Party of Armenia and its Supreme Council, and she co-founded the 'First - Armenia' initiative. Born in Yerevan in 1994, she earned her master's degree in law from Yerevan State University and subsequently obtained a Ph.D. in legal sciences.
