Anne Henderson Haws

Anne Henderson Haws is an American attorney and politician serving as a member of the Idaho House of Representatives for the 16th legislative district. Appointed in July 2025, she is a civil litigator specializing in complex commercial suits and business torts. Haws previously served as a judicial law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho and currently works as an adjunct professor at the University of Idaho College of Law. Her political advocacy has focused on protecting the constitutional right of Idaho citizens to pass legislation via ballot initiative.
