Annie Koutrakis is a Canadian politician serving as the Member of Parliament for the riding of Vimy since 2019. A member of the Liberal Party, she currently holds the position of Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Tourism and Minister responsible for the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec. Before entering federal politics, Koutrakis spent thirty years in the investment sector and served as the first female president and CEO of the Hellenic Community of Greater Montreal. She is a graduate of Dawson College and has studied human resources management at Concordia University.
