Caroline Desrochers

Caroline Desrochers is a Canadian politician and former diplomat who has served as the Member of Parliament for Trois-Rivières since 2025. Before entering electoral politics, she had a distinguished 25-year career with Global Affairs Canada, including postings in Haiti and New York City, where she focused on Canada–United States relations and trade negotiations. In June 2025, she was appointed Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure. Her legislative work includes serving on the Standing Committee on Human Resources, Skills and Social Development and the Status of Persons with Disabilities.
