António Filipe

António Filipe is a Portuguese jurist, professor, and politician serving as a deputy to the Assembly of the Republic, representing the Portuguese Communist Party. A long-standing parliamentarian first elected in the late 1980s, he has also held leadership roles such as Vice-President of the Assembly of the Republic across multiple legislatures. In addition to his legislative career, he has been an active municipal assembly member and a prominent candidate in national elections, maintaining a strong focus on defending constitutional values, labor rights, and public services.
