Anthony Chisholm

Anthony David Chisholm is an Australian politician serving as a Senator for Queensland since 2016. A member of the Australian Labor Party, he has held various ministerial roles in the Albanese government, including Assistant Minister for Regional Development, Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, and Resources. Prior to his parliamentary career, Chisholm served as the Queensland state secretary for the Labor Party and worked as a political advisor. He is associated with the right faction of the Labor Party and has been involved in significant parliamentary inquiries, including the investigation into the destruction of the Juukan Gorge caves.
