Anwar Sadath

Anwar Sadath is an Indian politician and a member of the Kerala Legislative Assembly representing the Aluva constituency. Affiliated with the Indian National Congress, he began his political career in student and youth organizations such as the Kerala Student Union and Youth Congress before serving in local government bodies. He was first elected to the assembly in 2011, subsequently re-elected in 2016 and 2021, and serves as the Chief Whip of the United Democratic Front opposition in the assembly.
