Ararat Mirzoyan is an Armenian politician currently serving as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia. A founding member of the Civil Contract party, he played a pivotal role in the 2018 Armenian Velvet Revolution. Prior to his current cabinet position, he served as the President of the National Assembly of Armenia from 2019 to 2021 and as First Deputy Prime Minister. His professional background includes work with the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute, HSBC Bank Armenia, and the International Foundation for Electoral Systems.
