Archana Chitnis

Archana Chitnis is an Indian politician serving as a member of the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly representing the Burhanpur constituency. A member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, she has held several ministerial portfolios in the state government, including Minister of Education, Minister of Women and Child Development, and Minister of Higher Education. Before entering politics, she worked as a lecturer at Gujarati Science College in Indore. She has been a consistent political figure in Madhya Pradesh, having been elected to the state assembly multiple times since 2003.
