Armen Pambukhchyan is an Armenian politician and a founding member of the Civil Contract party. He currently serves as the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, having been appointed to the position in October 2023. Previously, he served as the Minister of Emergency Situations of Armenia from 2022 until the ministry's dissolution in 2023. His career includes serving as a member of the National Assembly of Armenia during its 7th convocation and holding various deputy ministerial roles in the transport and emergency sectors. Pambukhchyan is a law graduate of the Hrachya Acharyan University and is active in local governance within the Yerevan City Council.
